Do you enjoy interacting with your customers in different roles and solving complex problems? Your Tasks

As a Senior IT Engineer (m/f/d), you will be part of an agile team that designs and implements individual software products and digital solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include designing the architecture, prioritizing requirements in an agile environment and working closely with the development team.
You'll be working on the following tasks:
  • Conducting knowledge crunching workshops (e.g., using event storming) to understand the domain of our customers and to structure their requirements.
  • Design and discussion of artifacts of business, application and technology architecture, taking into account the identified requirements.
  • Preparation and implementation of audits (architecture reviews, technology review, penetration tests, etc.)
  • Designing digital products using a cloud-native approach
  • Tasks in setting up and improving our continuous integration and delivery processes, automated testing and deployment of software

Your Profile

Ideally, you have the following skills and experience:
  • Consulting Spirit – Enjoy discussing requirements, technologies, and solutions
  • Customer-centric mindset, moderation skills, and strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented way of working and agile approach
  • Extensive experience in software development for distributed systems
  • Knowledge of and interest in cloud platforms
  • Enthusiasm for cloud-native architectures in product development
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
  • High level of initiative and a strong commitment to continuous learning
  • Very good German and English skills
